WHO WE ARE
Object Systems International is a Utah-based, multi-national business, founded in 1999, with offices in Layton, Utah, and Sofia, Bulgaria. We started out as a sister company to Object Systems, Inc. (est. 1998), set up to provide the infrastructure necessary to function internationally. In 2004, the two companies merged. We currently have more than 50 employees, and we service companies as large as the Fortune 100.
WHAT WE DO
We have two divisions: technology and staffing/recruiting. Our technology business focuses on enterprise-class, web-based records management solutions. We provide these services, plus software and database consulting services, and large-scale custom software development services to premier companies in various industries.
Our staffing/recruiting division recruits qualified personnel for mid- to long-term contract projects of various sorts, as well as permanent placement within companies. These efforts typically support mid-sized to very large organizations, and our recruiting projects range from commercial software development to support of large government prime contracts. We recruit the entire spectrum of positions, from administrative to technical to management.
HOW WE DO IT
Over the years, we have steadily grown our divisions, often competing with much larger companies, by relying on good old fashioned service and by keeping costs low. We use technology extensively to protect our competitive edge, and continuously use our development teams to build in-house tools and applications that improve our productivity and efficiency. The return on our investment is incredible customer loyalty because of the level of service and competitive pricing that our focus on technology enables us to deliver.
Service is a core competency of OSI, as much so as any of our technical or recruiting capabilities. Our customers buy from us because of the high quality of our work and our ability to do things no one else can, but they love us for the level of service we consistently provide them.
